community space alive.
Since August 2019, Tak Takut Kids Club (TTKC) at Boon Lay Drive has been home to many children and teenagers who come from challenging backgrounds. TTKC is a warm, happy space where children can come and play, make friends, get help with homework, and receive socio-emotional support that they might not be able to get in their own homes and in schools. As a connector to nearly a hundred participants (and local stakeholders), we are also readily activated when community support for children is needed. We see a daily attendance of 40 children, and our numbers are growing steadily!

We have raised $28,888. 🙌🏼
Victory, crewmates! Tak Takut Kids Club stays afloat in 2021! 🙌🏼
With all your generous support, we have raised $28,888! Huat ah! This amazing ground-up effort has covered the rent of our community children centre, allowing us to continue to be a warm and happy space with flexible programming that truly responds to the needs of the community. We will also be sharing this cooperative space with various ground-up organisations to deliver integrated support, starting with a long-term partnership with @sg.bless to provide reading programmes to the children. #thisisus
If you like to continue supporting 3Pumpkins, we are always welcoming to more crewmates to join in our effort in building positive human connections! Further donations will be channeled to our upcoming programmes, which we will announce very soon! Thank you all!
Here at TTKC, we believe strongly in people’s power. We are honoured that our children and volunteers from all walks of life have come together as CREWMATES to defend this precious space together. Our annual fundraiser This is Us! aims to raise $25k to cover rental and utilities for TTKC. This means that in the worst of situations, the children will still have a safe space that belongs to them. Check out our 2020 crewmates’ projects and lend your support!
