Kotak Foto: Pinhole in the Neighbourhood invites you to the magical world of pinhole photography made up of drink cans, garden sheds, paper domes and a 14-foot truck!

Hop onto the back of a truck converted into a pinhole camera box, and immerse yourself in the kaleidoscopic sights and sounds of the neighbourhood. Visit Pasir Ris Park to experience an interactive pinhole photography installation, or visit our neighbourhood stops to tune in to the pulse of the community! Due to limited spaces, registration is required for the pinhole truck experience. This intimate space requires participants to be able to observe and listen quietly for approximately 8-minute long. While we do not restrict the age limit, we hope that parents with young children are able to exercise their own judgement.

Kotak Foto is a co-creation project by artists Isabelle Desjeux, Phang Kok Jung, and residents of Pasir Ris. Commissioned by National Arts Council as part of Arts In Your Neighbourhood 2021.
